Peking University, May 13, 2019: In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, Peking University Library held the Literature and Photos Exhibition on April 23.
The exhibition consists of two parts. The first part is board display, which covered the background, outbreak, development of May Fourth Movement and its impact on New Cultural Movement. The exhibition, by means of words and pictures, presented visitors with detailed historical materials about the May Fourth Movement, such as the commission letter of appointing Cai Yuanpei as the president of PKU, photos of student protests during the May Fourth Movement and so on.
