On March 16, “Historian’s Key and Academic Bridge – Donation Ceremony of Deng Guangming’s Book Collection and Commemoration of the 115th Anniversary of Mr. Deng Guangming’s Birth” was held in the PKU Rare Book Library[1]. PKU President Hao Ping, Vice President Sun Qingwei, Secretary General of the PKU Education Foundation Li Yuning, and Director of the PKU Library Chen Jianlong attended the ceremony. Daughters of Deng Guanming, Deng Keyun and Professor Deng Xiaonan, as well as faculty and student representatives from the Department of History, the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, and the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences also participated in the event. The ceremony was moderated by Bie Liqian, Deputy Director of PKU Library.
